Yasheng Group increases guarantees for subsidiaries to CNY80.13m

Gansu Yasheng Industrial Group (SSE:600108) announced it has provided additional guarantees for its wholly-owned subsidiaries, bringing the total outstanding guarantees to ¥80,125,500 as of March 28, 2025. The guarantees are for companies including Yasheng Agriculture Comprehensive Services, Yasheng Tianyuan Pastoral Song Grass Industry Group, Yasheng Potato Industry Group, and others. Specifically, the guarantees include ¥31 million for Yasheng Agriculture Comprehensive Services, ¥6,675,500 for Yasheng Tianyuan Pastoral Song Grass Industry Group, ¥2 million for Yasheng Potato Industry Group, and additional amounts for other subsidiaries. The company emphasized that these guarantees are within the scope approved by the board and shareholders and represent approximately 19.17% of the company’s latest audited net assets. All guarantees are for the benefit of wholly-owned subsidiaries, with no guarantees provided to the parent company's controlling shareholders, actual controllers, or their affiliates.
