Jinyu Bio-Technology shareholder pledges 15.21% of holdings

Jinyu Bio-Technology (SSE: 600201) announced today that shareholder Inner Mongolia Jinyu Biological Holdings Co., Ltd. ("Jinyu Holdings") has pledged 18,600,000 shares of the company to Xizang Trust Co., Ltd. The pledge, effective March 27, 2025, represents 15.21% of Jinyu Holdings' stake in Jinyu Bio-Technology and 1.66% of the company's total share capital. Following this transaction, Jinyu Holdings' cumulative pledged shares in Jinyu Bio-Technology amount to 45,930,000 shares, or 37.55% of its total holdings. Jinyu Holdings stated the pledge is for financing purposes. As of the announcement date, Jinyu Holdings and its parties acting in concert have pledged a total of 45,930,000 shares. Jinyu Bio-Technology stated that the share pledge will not lead to a change in the company's actual control and will not have a negative impact on the company's production, operation, or governance.
