Cybrid Tech shareholder reduces stake to 5%

Silver Radiance Investment Limited, a significant shareholder in Cybrid Technologies (SSE:603212), has decreased its equity stake from 6.00% to 5.00%. Between March 25 and March 28, 2025, Silver Radiance Investment sold a total of 4,374,838 shares, representing 1.00% of Cybrid Tech's total share capital, through a combination of centralized bidding and block trades. Following the transaction, Silver Radiance Investment now holds 21,874,532 shares. Cybrid Tech confirms this change doesn't affect the actual controller of the company. The company disclosed a summary equity change report on the Shanghai Stock Exchange website.
