Aiko Solar shares pledged, released by controlling shareholder

Shanghai Aiko Solar Energy (SSE:600732) announced that controlling shareholder Chen Gang pledged 67,820,000 shares and released 81,000,000 shares. Following these transactions, Chen Gang directly holds 17.95% of Aiko Solar's total share capital, with 51.78% of his holdings pledged, representing 9.29% of the company's total shares. Chen Gang, along with his affiliates, collectively holds 31.27% of Aiko Solar, with a total of 56.82% pledged, which accounts for 17.77% of the company's total share capital. The pledge, to West Tibet Trust Co., is set to mature by April 2, 2026. Aiko Solar confirmed that the pledge does not impact company governance or operations.
