Yibin Paper: Strategic reorganization share transfer completed

Yibin Paper Industry (SSE:600793) announced today that the share transfer registration related to the strategic reorganization of its former shareholders, Sichuan Railway Industry Investment Group Co., Ltd. and Sichuan Transportation Investment Group Co., Ltd., has been completed. As a result of the reorganization to form Shudao Investment Group, the latter now directly holds 22,552,100 shares of Yibin Paper, representing 12.75% of the company's total share capital. With the completion of this share transfer, Sichuan Railway Industry Investment Group will no longer hold any shares in Yibin Paper Industry. The company's controlling shareholder and actual controller remain unchanged.
