Wingtech completes CNY200m share repurchase program

Wingtech Technology (SSE:600745) announced the completion of its share repurchase program, initiated on March 7, 2025, and concluded on March 26, 2025. The company repurchased 5,795,400 shares, representing 0.47% of the total share capital, at prices ranging from ¥33.57 to ¥36.33 per share, with an average price of ¥34.51. The total expenditure for the repurchase amounted to ¥199.9872 million (excluding transaction costs). The repurchased shares will be utilized for employee stock ownership plan. The repurchase has not affected the company's listing status or control. Wingtech's total share capital stands at 1,244,578,222.
