ENN Ecological proposes $437m dividend, eyes Hong Kong listing

ENN Ecological Holdings (SSE:600803) announced its intention to distribute a cash dividend of RMB 3,163.67 million (approximately $437 million USD) for the fiscal year 2024, translating to RMB 1.03 per share, according to its summary of its 2024 annual report. This proposal is subject to shareholder approval. The company also disclosed plans to pursue a secondary listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with filings indicating it was also committed to the “modern energy” vision with innovative new power technologies and continued investment in the same, the firm said.
