China CITIC Bank boosts payout despite challenging environment

China CITIC Bank Corp (SSE:601998) announced plans to increase its cash dividend payout to 30.50% of net profit, up from 28.37% in the previous year, despite facing a complex operating environment. The proposed payout translates to RMB 1.722 per 10 shares. In total, China CITIC Bank would distribute a 2024 dividend of RMB 194.55 Billion, encompassing both the interim and proposed final dividend, to its A and H shareholders.
