China Animal Husbandry approves 2025 investment plan

China Animal Husbandry Industry Co., Ltd. (SSE:600195) announced the resolutions from its fourth extraordinary meeting of the ninth board of directors, held on March 27, 2025. All six attending directors approved the company's 2025 investment plan. Additionally, the board approved adjustments to the company's organizational structure, including the establishment of an International Business Development Department. The Strategic Operations Department will merge with the Investment Management Department to form a Strategic Investment Department, with corresponding role adjustments. The New Business Development Department will be renamed the Pet Business Development Department.
