Changshu Bank proposes dividend, bonus share, eyes capital boost

Jiangsu Changshu Rural Commercial Bank (SSE:601128) has announced its proposed 2024 annual profit distribution plan, which includes a cash dividend of ¥0.25 per share (tax included) and a bonus share issue of 0.1 share per 10 shares from capital reserves. This distribution is based on the total share capital after equity registration.
