Oppein Home Group unit gets RMB240m guarantee

Oppein Home Group (SSE: 603833) announced it will provide a maximum guarantee of RMB 240 million to Qingyuan Oppein Integrated Home Furnishings Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary. This guarantee supports Qingyuan Oppein's obligations under its agreement with the Bank of Communications Guangdong branch, covering the period from March 14, 2025, to April 26, 2026. As of March 25, 2025, Oppein's total approved external guarantee amount stood at RMB 2,000,000,000, representing 110.39% of its latest audited net assets. Actual outstanding external guarantees totaled RMB 248,508,000 or 13.72% of net assets, all related to subsidiaries. The board approved the guarantee within previously authorized limits.
