Luenmei Quantum subsidiary litigation reaches final verdict

Luenmei Quantum Co., Ltd. announced the final verdict in a lawsuit involving its subsidiary, Shandong Heze Fulin Thermal Power Technology Co., Ltd., concerning a construction project dispute with Suhua Construction Group Co., Ltd. The court upheld the initial judgment, requiring Fulin Thermal Power to pay Suhua Construction RMB 22,506,520.95 plus interest, in addition to covering a portion of the litigation costs. Luenmei Quantum stated that the final ruling is not expected to significantly impact the company's profits or losses, aside from covering litigation fees and interest from delayed payments. The company assures investors it will continue monitoring the matter and fulfill disclosure obligations.
