Kingfa Sci & Tech shareholder plans to reduce holdings

Kingfa Sci & Tech (SSE:600143) announced that shareholder Xiong Haitao plans to reduce her holdings in the company. Xiong currently holds 69,601,359 shares, representing 2.6398% of Kingfa's total share capital, and, together with parties acting in concert, controls 216,241,359 shares, or 8.2015%. Based on personal asset planning, Xiong intends to reduce her holdings by no more than 26,360,000 shares via centralized competitive bidding within three months, starting 15 trading days after this announcement. This reduction equates to no more than 1% of the company's total share capital. Any changes to share capital, such as bonus issues or share repurchases, will result in corresponding adjustments to the number of shares reduced.
