CRRC executive director and president resigns

CRRC Corporation Limited (SSE:601766) announced that Mr. Ma Yunshuang has resigned from his positions as Executive Director and President of the company due to a change in work. The resignation was effective March 20, 2025, the date the resignation report was received by the board. Mr. Ma also resigned from his roles on the board's strategy and sustainable development committee and the nomination committee. Furthermore, he will no longer serve as an authorized representative of the company under the Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing rules. CRRC confirmed there are no disagreements between Mr. Ma and the board, nor any matters related to his resignation requiring attention from shareholders or creditors. The board expressed gratitude to Mr. Ma for his contributions during his tenure.
