CECEP Wind-Power to cancel restricted stocks

CECEP Wind-Power Corp. [SSE:601016] announced it will implement the repurchase and cancellation of restricted stocks initially granted under its 2020 equity incentive plan. A total of 326,400 shares will be canceled on March 25, 2025. The decision stems from the performance evaluation results of two incentive recipients, and the departures of another two incentive recipients. Post-cancellation, the total number of restricted stocks will decrease from 642,400 to 316,000. The company has completed the necessary approvals and will proceed with the share cancellation and related registration updates.
