CCCC Design: Shareholder completes increased holdings plan

CCCC Design Group (SSE:600720) announced today that CCCC Capital Holding Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of its controlling shareholder, China Communications Construction Company (CCCC), has completed its planned increase in holdings of the company's shares. The plan, initiated in September 2024, saw CCCC Capital acquire 22,642,664 shares via the Shanghai Stock Exchange, representing 0.99% of CCCC Design's total share capital, at an average price of 8.69 yuan per share. The total investment amounted to 196.7 million yuan (excluding transaction costs), fulfilling the initially announced investment range of between 100 million and 200 million yuan. Following the increase, CCCC Capital now holds 22,642,664 shares, while the combined holdings of CCCC and its concerted parties have increased to 1,308,060,863 shares, approximately 57.01% of CCCC Design's total share capital.
