AVIC Aircraft completes internal share transfer

China Avionics Systems (SSE:600372) announced today, March 20, 2025, the completion of a share transfer from AVIC Aviation Industry Investment Co., Ltd. to its ultimate controlling shareholder, China Aviation Industry Group Co., Ltd. (AVIC). The transfer involved 98,695,596 shares, representing 2.04% of the company's total share capital. Following the transfer, AVIC Aviation Industry Investment no longer holds any shares in China Avionics Systems, while AVIC's direct shareholding has increased to 282,701,714 shares, or 5.84% of the total. The company confirms that the transfer does not alter its controlling shareholder or ultimate controlling entity. The transaction complies with relevant securities laws and exchange regulations and has been confirmed by China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited.
