Tiandi Technology proposes $1.31bn cash dividend for 2024

Tiandi Science & Technology (SSE:600582) has announced its 2024 annual profit distribution plan, proposing a cash dividend of $1.31 billion, or RMB 3.17 per share, pending shareholder approval at the 2024 Annual General Meeting. The proposed dividend payout constitutes 50.04% of the net profit attributable to equity holders of the parent company. The company also stated that it will not issue bonus shares or undertake a capital reserve increase.
