GAC Group to hold board meeting on March 28

Guangzhou Automobile Group Co., Ltd. (GAC Group) announced that a board meeting will be held on March 28, 2025. The primary purpose of the meeting is to review and approve the final results for the year ended December 31, 2024, for both the company and its subsidiaries, and subsequently publish the results. The board will also consider a proposal for a final dividend distribution, if any. As of the date of the announcement, the executive director of the company is Feng Xingya and the non-executive directors are Chen Xiaomu, Ding Hongxiang, Guan Dayuan, Deng Lei and Wang Yiwei, and the independent non-executive directors are Zhao Fuquan, Xiao Shengfang, Wang Keqin and Song Tiebo.
