Huayou Cobalt subsidiary to partner with Weilan New Energy

Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt announced today that its subsidiary, Tianjin Bamo, has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Beijing Weilan New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. The five-year agreement aims to leverage the strengths of both companies in the solid-state battery field. As a strategic partner, Tianjin Bamo will prioritize Weilan New Energy for new product and project development, focusing on solid-state battery materials. The agreement is a framework for future collaboration and does not involve specific business details, orders, or amounts. Huayou Cobalt stated that the agreement will not have a material impact on the company's operating results for the year 2025.
