Will Semiconductor Shanghai (SSE:603501) announced today that its controlling shareholder, YU Renrong, has partially released pledged shares. Specifically, 23,530,000 shares were released between March 7 and March 10, 2025. Following the release, YU Renrong directly holds 333,472,250 shares, representing 27.42% of the company's total share capital. His remaining pledged shares amount to 175,358,400 shares, or 52.59% of his holdings.
