Seres Group's February sales decline amid production dip

Seres Group (SSE:601127) announced a notable decline in its February 2025 production and sales figures. Production of new energy vehicles (NEVs) reached 16,981 units, a 47.38% year-over-year decrease, accumulating to 36,870 units year-to-date, which is down 48.09%. Sales of NEVs totaled 17,841 units, marking a 41.04% decrease compared to the previous year, with a year-to-date total of 35,747 units, a 46.72% drop. Specifically, Seres vehicles production stood at 14,843 units, down 51.65%, with sales at 15,007 units, down 46.52%. Other models also experienced declines. Overall, total production decreased by 43.17% to 20,470 units, while total sales fell by 39.43% to 21,329 units. From January to February 2025, the cumulative sales volume of AITO M9 reached 18,054 units, with a cumulative year-on-year increase of 243.89%.
