CETC Investment increases stake in CETC Energy to 40%

CETC Investment Holdings Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation (CETC), has increased its stake in CETC Energy Joint-Stock (SSE:600877) to 40% through a series of strategic acquisitions. The summary of the acquisition report, dated March 17, 2025, details that CETC Investment, acting in concert with CETC Chip Technology Group and Hefei CETC Guoyuan Industrial Investment Fund, acquired an additional 0.41% of CETC Energy’s shares via the Shanghai Stock Exchange, bringing their total holdings to 473,623,780 shares.
