Bank of Jiangsu reports strong asset growth

Bank of Jiangsu (SSE:600919) announced strong preliminary operating results for the period ending March 16, 2025. Deposits reached 23.355 trillion RMB, an increase of 240 billion RMB from the previous month and 2.21 trillion RMB since the beginning of the year. Outstanding loans totaled 20.323 trillion RMB, reflecting monthly and year-to-date increases of 107 billion RMB and 938 billion RMB, respectively. The bank emphasized that it maintains a steady growth trajectory, exceeding market performance benchmarks. Management cited healthy asset growth, improved operational efficiency, and stable asset quality. The bank cautioned that figures are preliminary and unaudited, advising investors to exercise caution and consider investment risks.
