Airport High-Tech completes acquisition of Tianli Power

Beijing Airport High-Tech Park (SSE:600463) has finalized its acquisition of 100% equity in Beijing Tianli Power Heating Co., Ltd., completing all required payment and transfer procedures. The company, in its announcement dated March 17, 2025, stated that the final 50% of the acquisition funds, amounting to ¥37,210,010.78, were transferred on March 14, 2025. Tianli Power became a wholly-owned subsidiary following the completion of business registration changes on January 15, 2025. This acquisition, initially approved in December 2024, has now concluded with all terms and equity transfer agreements fulfilled. The transaction was funded via a loan, secured by pledging the equity of Tianli Power.
