Shanghai airport February traffic mixed; international routes rise

Shanghai International Airport (SSE:600009) announced its February 2025 transport production, revealing a mixed performance across its key metrics. At Pudong International Airport, overall aircraft movements totaled 42,613, a slight decrease of 0.14% year-over-year. Passenger throughput reached 645,810, a 2.32% increase, while cargo volume grew by 4.54% to 25,780 tons. Domestic routes at Pudong saw declines, while international routes experienced significant growth, with passenger volume up 15.30%.
