Qingshan Paper approves project changes, bylaw amendments

Fujian Qingshan Paper Industry (SSE:600103) announced the resolutions passed at its first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders for 2025, held on March 14. Shareholders approved a resolution regarding changes to the implementation of a technology upgrade project, with 98.32% voting in favor. Additionally, a resolution to amend the company's articles of association was also passed, garnering 97.13% support. The meeting, held at the company's headquarters in Fuzhou, was conducted through a combination of on-site and online voting. A total of 702,478,170 shares with voting rights were represented at the meeting, accounting for 31.18% of the company's total shares. The legal proceedings were validated by Fujian Zhili Law Firm, confirming the meeting's compliance with relevant laws and the company's articles of association.
