Juneyao Airlines' controlling shareholder adjusts share pledge status

Shanghai Juneyao Airlines (SSE:603885) announced recent adjustments to its controlling shareholder, Junyao Group’s, pledged share status. Junyao Group released 2.35 million shares from pledge and pledged an additional 2.35 million shares. After these transactions, Junyao Group holds 1,020,862,080 shares, representing 46.42% of Juneyao Airlines' total shares. The cumulative pledged shares by Junyao Group remain at 81,325,000 shares, accounting for 79.66% of its holdings and 36.98% of the company's total shares. The new share pledge is to China Bank for a term expiring in March 2026, guaranteeing group debts. The group said this will not affect normal operations of the airline.
