Dongfang Electric announces director Song Zhiyuan's retirement

Dongfang Electric Corporation announced that Mr. Song Zhiyuan will no longer serve as a director or hold any other positions within the company, effective immediately, due to reaching the statutory retirement age. The company stated that there were no disagreements between Mr. Song and the board of directors or supervisors during his tenure. Dongfang Electric also confirmed there were no matters related to his resignation that require the attention of the company's shareholders.
