Bank of China to convene board meeting on March 26

Bank of China (SSE:601988) has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on March 26, 2025, to approve the bank's audited consolidated financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2024. The meeting will also address the proposed distribution of a final dividend. The announcement was made by the Bank of China's Board of Directors on March 14, 2025, in Beijing.
