Antong Holdings: 10m restricted shares to trade

Antong Holdings (SSE: 600179) announced the upcoming listing and circulation of 10 million restricted shares acquired through a non-public offering. These shares, originating from a previous asset restructuring and capital raise in 2016, are held by Guangdong Huaxing Bank Co., Ltd., after a judicial transfer from Guo Dongze to offset debt in December 2024. China International Capital Corporation Limited (CICC) verified that the release complies with relevant laws and regulations. Post-release, Antong Holdings' shares with restricted trading conditions will decrease to 487,290,484.
