Bank of China announces board member roster and roles

Bank of China has announced its board of directors and their respective roles and functions within the company. The board is comprised of executive and non-executive members and is divided into six key committees: Strategic Development, Corporate Culture and Consumer Rights Protection, Audit, Risk Policy, Personnel and Remuneration, and Connected Transactions Control. Ge Haijiao serves as the Chairman of the Board, with Zhang Hui as the Vice Chairman and President.
