Yonyou Network: Controlling shareholder releases part of share pledge

Yonyou Network Technology (SSE:600588) announced that its controlling shareholder, Beijing Yonyou Technology, has released 30 million shares from pledge. Following the release, Beijing Yonyou Technology's total pledged shares amount to 360.8 million, representing 39.17% of its holdings and 10.56% of Yonyou Network's total share capital. As of March 12, 2025, Beijing Yonyou Technology and its concerted parties collectively hold 1,421,079,511 shares, or 41.59% of Yonyou Network. The cumulative pledged shares of Beijing Yonyou Technology and its concerted parties stands at 437.3 million, accounting for 30.77% of their holdings and 12.80% of the company's total share capital. Yonyou Network stated that the pledge release will not lead to a change in control of the company.
