Wanxiang Doneed appoints Xie Yang as finance head

Wanxiang Doneed announced the appointment of Xie Yang as its new Finance Officer, following a board resolution passed on March 11, 2025. The appointment was based on the recommendation of the General Manager and was approved by the Nomination Committee and Audit Committee. Xie Yang's term will last until the end of the current board's term. Xie Yang, a senior accountant and tax professional, has been with Wanxiang Doneed and related entities since 2018, most recently as the Manager of the Financial Management Department. The company confirms that Xie Yang meets all regulatory requirements for the role and possesses the necessary experience and capabilities.
