Guangzhou Development Group Inc. (SSE:600098) announced that its controlling shareholder, Guangzhou Industrial Investment Holdings Group Co., Ltd. ("Guangzhou Industry Investment"), and its aligned entity, Guangzhou Industry Investment Private Equity Securities Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. - Industry Investment Securities Investment Value No. 1 Private Equity Securities Investment Fund ("Industry Investment Securities Investment - Value No. 1") have cumulatively increased their holdings. As of March 12, 2025, Guangzhou Industry Investment directly holds 2,029,978,063 shares, representing 57.90% of the company's total share capital. Industry Investment Securities Investment - Value No. 1 together hold 2,049,511,524 shares, which represents 58.45%. This change is due to purchases made via the Shanghai Stock Exchange's trading system. The entities have committed to further increasing their holdings within previously announced parameters, while not reducing their existing holdings during the period.
