Dahu Aquaculture: Shareholder stake exceeds 23% after increase

Dahu Aquaculture (SSE: 600257) announced that its controlling shareholder, Tibet Hongshan Technology Development Co., Ltd., increased its shareholding, triggering a 1% equity change disclosure. From January 20 to March 11, 2025, Tibet Hongshan acquired 8,606,400 shares through the Shanghai Stock Exchange's trading system, totaling approximately ¥40.84 million. This increased Tibet Hongshan's stake from 22.1593% to 23.5305%. The share purchase aligns with Tibet Hongshan's previously announced plans to increase its holdings by between ¥75 million and ¥150 million. Dahu Aquaculture affirmed that this change will not alter the company's controlling shareholder or ultimate controlling person.
