Yili shareholder changes pledge status

Inner Mongolia Yili Industrial Group (SSE: 600887) announced a change in the share pledge status of its shareholder, Hohhot Investment Limited. Hohhot Investment, holding 8.46% of Yili’s total share capital (538,535,826 shares), has adjusted its pledge position. The company informed Yili on March 10, 2025, that it has conducted share pledge and release transactions. Hohhot Investment pledged 12,920,000 shares on March 6, 2025, to China Securities, set to mature on March 6, 2026, for business operations. Simultaneously, it released a pledge of 14,400,000 shares.
