Longi Green chairman buys more company stock

Longi Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (SSE:601012) announced that Chairman Zhong Baoshen has further increased his holdings in the company. From March 11, 2025, Zhong purchased an additional 4,353,000 shares through the Shanghai Stock Exchange's trading system, representing 0.06% of the company's total share capital. The transaction amounted to ¥71.93 million. This latest purchase brings Zhong Baoshen's total holdings to 109,001,106 shares, or 1.44% of the company's total equity. This activity is part of a larger plan announced earlier, where Zhong intends to acquire shares worth no less than ¥100 million. The Chairman's increase in holdings demonstrates his confidence in Longi Green's growth and long-term investment value.
