CMOC board to convene meeting on March 21

China Molybdenum (CMOC Group Limited) announced its board of directors will hold a meeting on March 21, 2025, to review and approve the publication of the company's and its subsidiaries' annual results for the year ended December 31, 2024. The board will also consider the recommendation for a final dividend. The announcement was made by CMOC on March 10, 2025. The current executive directors of the company are listed as Sun Ruiwen and Li Chaochun. The non-executive directors are Yuan Honglin, Lin Jiuxin, and Jiang Li, while the independent non-executive directors are Wang Kaiguo, Gu Hongyu, and Cheng Yu.
