Zhongnongfa Seed Industry Group director Wu Gang retires

Zhongnongfa Seed Industry Group Co., Ltd. (SSE:600313) announced the retirement of Director Wu Gang due to retirement reasons. Wu Gang's resignation from the seventh board of directors and related committee positions became effective upon submission of his resignation report to the board. The company stated that Wu Gang's departure will not reduce the board below the legal minimum or disrupt normal operations. The company will promptly elect a replacement director according to regulations. Zhongnongfa Seed Industry Group expressed gratitude to Wu Gang for his contributions during his tenure.
