Dongfeng Auto: Production, sales decline in February 2025

Dongfeng Automobile (SSE: 600006) announced its February 2025 production and sales figures, revealing a downturn in key metrics. Total vehicle production reached 8,075 units, down from 7,209 in the same period last year, culminating in a year-to-date decrease of 29.62%. Sales mirrored this trend, totaling 10,027 vehicles compared to 8,733 last February, with a year-to-date drop of 22.57%. New energy vehicle production experienced a significant decline of 77.80%. Production of Dongfeng Cummins engines also saw a slight decrease of 8.07%. The company noted that the presented data are preliminary and subject to revisions in upcoming formal reports.
