Longi Green lowers "22 convertible bond" conversion price

Longi Green Energy Technology (SSE:601012) announced that its Board of Directors has approved the downward revision of the conversion price for its "Longi 22 Convertible Bonds" (SSE:113053). The new conversion price will be 17.50 yuan per share, down from the previous price of 58.28 yuan per share. The decision was made at the Fourth Meeting of the Fifth Board of Directors in 2025, which was held via communication and in compliance with relevant laws and the company's articles of association.
