China Southern Airlines to hold board meeting March 26

China Southern Airlines Company Limited (stock code: 1055) has announced that it will hold a board meeting on March 26, 2025. The primary agenda is to review and approve the company’s annual performance for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024. The board will also deliberate on the declaration of a final dividend, if any, for the same period. The announcement was jointly made by Joint Company Secretaries Chen Wei Hua and Liu Wei on March 7, 2025. The current board includes executive directors Ma Xulun, Han Wensheng, and Luo Laijun, along with independent non-executive directors Ho Chao Qiong, Guo Wei, and Zhang Junsheng.
