Vantone Development to reduce registered capital by share buyback cancellation

Beijing Vantone Development (SSE:600246) has announced its intention to cancel repurchased shares and subsequently reduce its registered capital. This decision follows shareholder approval obtained at the extraordinary general meeting on March 7, 2025, after the initial buyback plan was approved at the Ninth Board Meeting on February 19, 2025. The share buyback involved 26,728,000 shares and was completed on April 26, 2022.
