Shandong Homey's controlling shareholder partially releases pledged shares

Shandong Homey Aquatic Development (SSE:600467) announced that its controlling shareholder, Homey Group, has released 50.44 million shares from pledge on March 6, 2025. This represents 8.80% of Homey Group's holdings and 3.45% of Shandong Homey's total share capital. Following this transaction, Homey Group holds 573.47 million shares, representing 39.25% of Shandong Homey's total share capital. The total number of shares still pledged is 320.74 million, accounting for 55.93% of Homey Group’s holdings and 21.95% of Shandong Homey's total share capital. The company stated this release does not impact its operations or control structure. Of the remaining pledged shares, ¥85 million are due within a year and for that pledged block, the shares represented 13.65% of Homey Group's holdings.
