GAC Group's February production up, sales stable

Guangzhou Automobile Group (GAC Group) [SSE:601238] announced its February 2025 production and sales figures, revealing a mixed performance. Production volume reached 105,997 vehicles, a 25.04% increase compared to February 2024. However, cumulative year-to-date production totaled 222,342 vehicles, representing an 8.23% decrease year-over-year. Sales volume for February amounted to 98,721 vehicles, a slight 0.33% increase compared to the same period last year. The year-to-date sales figure stands at 197,158 vehicles, a 14.42% decline year-over-year. Performance among subsidiaries varied, with GAC Honda and GAC Toyota contributing significantly to overall production and sales. New energy vehicle sales also experienced shifts compared to last year.
