Founder Technology director Qi Zixin resigns

Founder Technology Group (SSE:600601) announced that Director Qi Zixin has resigned from the company's thirteenth board of directors and its strategic committee due to personal reasons, effective March 7, 2025. According to the company's announcement, Mr. Qi will no longer hold any position within the company. Founder Technology stated that Mr. Qi's resignation will not reduce the number of board members below the legal minimum and will not affect the normal operation of the board. The resignation became effective upon delivery of Mr. Qi's written resignation to the board.
