Baosteel approves new regulations, appoints interim secretary

Inner Mongolia Baotou Steel Union (SSE: 600010) announced the resolutions from its 26th meeting of the 7th Board of Directors held on March 6, 2025. The board approved a resolution to enact new "Public Opinion Management Measures." Additionally, it approved the project proposal for the "Hydrogen-Based Mineral Phase Transformation Project of Poor Oxidized Ore in Baiyun Mining Branch." The board also reviewed and approved the company's 2024 internal audit report and its 2024 compliance and legal affairs management report. The Board accepted the resignation of Guo Wenliang and appointed Liu Mi (current CFO) as interim until certification is provided. All resolutions passed unanimously with 12 votes in favor.
