Xiangtan Electric appoints Jin Bin as deputy general manager

Xiangtan Electric Manufacturing (SSE:600416) announced the appointment of Jin Bin as Deputy General Manager, following a board meeting held on March 6, 2025. The appointment was made based on the company's operational management needs and is effective until the end of the term of the Ninth Board of Directors. According to the announcement, Jin Bin holds 6,500 shares of Xiangtan Electric stock and has no affiliations with the company's directors, supervisors, senior management, controlling shareholders, or shareholders holding more than 5% of the company's shares. The company stated that Jin Bin meets all legal and regulatory requirements for the position. Prior to this appointment, Jin Bin held several leadership positions within the Xiangtan Electric group, including Chairman and General Manager of Xiangdian Smart Energy Technology.
