Shaanxi Coal elects new board, appoints executives

Shaanxi Coal Industry Company (SSE:601225) has announced significant leadership changes following its recent shareholder meeting. Zhao Futang has been elected as the Chairman of the Board. The board also approved the appointment of Zhao Wenge as General Manager, and named Wang Lianhe, Zhang Sen, Wu Jun, Liu Weimin and Zhang Weixin as Deputy General Managers. Zhang Weixin was also named Chief Engineer, Li Xiaoguang as Board Secretary, and Sun Wu as Chief Accountant. Additionally, the Supervisory Committee elected He Bingqi as its chairman. These changes reflect a strategic realignment of Shaanxi Coal's leadership, setting the stage for the company's future direction and operations. The appointments are effective immediately and will last until the expiration of the fourth Board and Supervisory Committee terms.
